Anne Cleasby

Anne has worked in the biotech industry for many years, latterly in Cambridge, as a director and head of Structural Biology at Astex Technology.

She is now based in Kendal as a self employed consultant and contractor for structural biology. She has always lived with animals from tame locusts and rats, to rabbits, cats and dogs. 

Anne feels strongly that animals of all species should have stronger legal protection from abuse and exploitation. 

The RSPCA has a long history of fighting animal cruelty, and she is proud to be a trustee, and to be involved with the organisation.
