Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with shop operations and volunteer supervision
- Helping achieve sales targets and maintaining stock
- Delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Retail experience, including cash handling and stock management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Reliability and enthusiasm for our mission
